OUR PROMISE

We aim to be easily accessible by our clients, addressing all of your requests, concerns and needs as efficiently as we possibly can. ORDER
Standard orders are processed and shipped between 2-4 business days upon receiving the order. Sometimes processing may take longer, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing sales volume. We do our best to keep all items in stock, however due to demand, some items may be purchased on back order. In the event of delay for any reason, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
PAYMENT
Currently, we accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Checks and e-checks are also accepted, please allow 5-10 business days to process the checks. If you would like to get in touch with us about a different payment method please contact us at info@ourstorypaperco.com.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard order processing time is 2 weeks, thus upon receipt of payment your order will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Canada Post Small Packet. USPS transit time is roughly 2-3 business days, Canada Post transit times is 2-7 business days. We will process and ship your order within 2 weeks of receiving your payment. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which adds an additional 2-3 days of transit time (in addition to the order processing time of two weeks). Please note for international orders, that Our Story Paper Co. is not reponsible for any international customs or duties that may incur. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
RUSH SHIPPING
We offer rush shipping for an additional charge. We will ship via USPS Priority Mail ( 2-3 days of transit time), however your order will be shipped out within 48 hours (2 business days) upon receipt of your payment. Standard business days of Monday-Friday for shipping days applies. We are also able to ship out via Fedex or UPS, the customer will be responsible for the additional incurred shipping charges.
EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied with your album choice, color scheme choice, we will happily accept an exchange. However exchanges will only be authorized if product(s) are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Please e-mail us (info@ourstorypaperco.com) within a week of receiving your order and we will advise instructions and shipping address. Shipping cost is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
REFUND
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Our Story Paper Co, please notify us via Email (info@ourstorypaperco.com) within a week of receiving your order. A return will be authorized if the product is unused, unopened, not written in, and in original packaging. A 10 % restocking free will be deducated from the refund amount. Shipping cost is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will faciliate a refund payment within 5 business days upon receipt of the refunded items. Funds will be refunded through Paypal.
