Are you environmentally friendly?
Our Story Paper Co. commits to being as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible. We are constantly sourcing for local vendors and environmentally friendly paper and ink. We strive to keep our carbon footprint low, and recycle constantly. If you are a local vendor interested in partnering with us, give us a shout and let us know how you can help us.

Orders
US and International orders are shipped out via USPS for standard and express deliveries. We ship orders out of our Toronto studio, and packages are dropped off with postal office in Niagara Falls, New York. We also ship via Fedex for orders that require a guaranteed delivery date. Standard delivery with USPS comes with tracking and range between 4 - 9 business days to arrive post shipment. Express delivery with USPS comes with tracking and is shipped via Priority Mail and range between 1- 4 business days to arrive, however this is not a guaranteed time frame. For guaranteed delivery date, we recommend shipping with Fedex.
Canadian orders are shipped out via Canada Post our of our Toronto studio. We ship via regular parcel and the package can take up to 9 days to arrive. Please see Canada Post's transit time here.
What is your return and refund policy?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt. All items must be in original packaging, and not written on to be eligible for refunds. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Used, opened and/or final sale (custom) items cannot be returned.
If there is an error or defect in our product, please notify us within one week of receiving your order (info@ourstorypaperco.com) and we will fix it! Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do accept international orders. Please note, Our Story Paper Co. is not responsible for any customs fees or duties that incur on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
How long do orders take to ship?
In stock items will take 2-3 business days to ship out, if an item is out of stock, an notification will be sent to you detailing the delay. We strive to get out of stock items in stock as soon as possible and will keep you posted. Our typical restock period is between 3-5 business days.
Do you charge sales tax for international orders?
Sales tax is not charged for international orders.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
